The Thought of God created you

It left you not, nor have you ever been apart from it an instant
It belongs to you. By it you live
It is your Source of life, holding you one with it
and every­thing is one with you because it left you not

上主的聖念創造了你
它片刻都不曾離開過你，你也從未與它分離
它屬於你，而你賴它而活
它是你的生命之源，並與你一體不分
正因它始終與你同在，你便與萬物合而為一

The Thought of God protects you, cares for you
makes soft your resting place and smooth your way
lighting your mind with happiness and love
Eternity and everlasting life shine in your mind
because the Thought of God has left you not, and still abides with you

上主的聖念守護著你、看顧著你
讓你的安息之處溫軟舒適，使你的道途平坦穩當
以愛與喜悅點亮你的心靈
正因上主的聖念未曾離開，持續與你同在
永恆生命的光芒始終都在你的心中綻放

when I wake, and shine on me throughout the day today
Let every minute be a time in which I dwell with You
And let me not forget my hourly thanksgiving
that You have remained with me, and always will be there
to hear my call to You and answer me

天父，請祢與我同在
從我初醒之際，在這一整天都時時眷顧我

As evening comes, let all my thoughts be still of You and of Your Love
