God is with me

God is with me
He is my Source of life, the life within
the air I breathe, the food by which I am sustained
the water which renews and cleanses me

上主與我同在
祂是我的生命源頭，我的內在生命
我呼吸的空氣，滋養我的食物，也是更新我、淨化我的水泉

He is my home, wherein I live and move
the Spirit which directs my actions
offers me Its Thoughts, and guarantees my safety from all pain

祂是我的居所，行住坐臥都在祂內
聖靈時時指引我的言行，賜我祂的聖念
保護我不受一切痛苦侵擾

He covers me with kindness and with care
and holds in love the Son He shines upon, who also shines on Him
How still is he who knows the truth of what He speaks today!

祂仁慈地護守著我，光耀著摯愛的聖子
而聖子也同樣返照於祂
能體悟此一真理之人，心靈多麼平安！

It left you not, nor have you ever been apart from it an instant
It belongs to you. By it you live
It is your Source of life, holding you one with it
and every­thing is one with you because it left you not

The Thought of God protects you, cares for you
makes soft your resting place and smooth your way
lighting your mind with happiness and love
Eternity and everlasting life shine in your mind
because the Thought of God has left you not, and still abides with you

上主的聖念守護著你、看顧著你
讓你的安息之處溫軟舒適，使你的道途平坦穩當
以愛與喜悅點亮你的心靈
正因上主的聖念未曾離開，持續與你同在

The miracle comes quietly into the mind
that stops an instant and is still
It reaches gently from that quiet time
and from the mind it healed in quiet then
to other minds to share its quietness

內在只要靜止片刻，奇蹟便會翩然而至
在靜謐時分悄然療癒那顆寧靜的心
同時溫柔地流向其他心靈，欣然分享自己的安寧

And they will join in doing nothing
to prevent its radiant extension back into the Mind
Which caused all minds to be born out of sharing

於是它們都能齊心一致
不再阻礙奇蹟將燦爛的光輝反映回天心
那是所有心靈的故鄉，因著祂分享的本質而誕生

There can be no pause in time
to cause the miracle delay in hastening to all unquiet minds
and bringing them an instant's stillness
when the memory of God returns to them

就連時間也無法阻礙奇蹟的腳步
輕叩每一扇不平安的心門，捎來片刻的寧靜
在這一刻他們便會憶起上主

Their own remembering is quiet now
and what has come to take its place
will not be wholly unremembered afterwards

Let us be still an instant

and forget all things we ever learned, all thoughts we had
and every preconception we hold of what things mean
and what their purpose is
Let us remember not our own ideas of what the world is for
We do not know
Let every image held of everyone be loosen from our minds
and swept away

且讓我們安靜片刻
忘卻所學的一切，放下一切念頭
以及對萬物意義與目的所持的種種成見
別再執著我們舊有的世界觀了

Be innocent of judgement
