當別人關上了交流的門

退後一步觀看、等待、不判斷

如同祂對我一樣

讓我能保持初衷
圓滿了施與受的循環

種子

當你感到漫無目標、徬徨失落，
遑遑不可終日之時，不妨想像自己是顆種子。

每顆種子的想望就是落地生根，成長茁壯，
但在那之前總不免要經過一段旅程，
風雨飄搖、在不適合發芽的地方降落，
又或者被某些動物吞下肚，再回歸大地。

當種子在空中飄蕩時，
它不會哀嘆自己是顆沒有出息的壞胚子，
或懷疑自己有什麼毛病，
而只是攜帶著無限的生命力與可能性，
耐心度過每個動盪或沈寂的時刻，安然等待。

即使最終沒有找到合適的土壤，未能開花結果，
它也不會因此就失去存在的意義。
因為這顆種子內始終都擁有無限的創造力，
這就是它的價值。

而你也是如此，
物質世界的功成名就與否，與你真正的價值毫無瓜葛。
無論什麼外境，都改變不了你神聖的本質、燦爛的光芒。
因為上主早已為你擔保，切莫忘了這一點。

Where truth has entered errors disappear.


They merely vanish, leaving not a trace


by which to be remembered. They are gone

除了真理以外，還有什麼能修正幻相？

真理不會來去更迭、變化莫測

此時看來如此，下一刻又換了樣貌，反覆無常、捉摸不定

真理從不隱藏，矗立於光明中，無處不在、垂手可得

凡真心尋求之人，必不會空手而歸

今天是屬於真理的日子

接納它的本來面目吧，它也會讓你認出自己

苦難與死亡並不是你的命運

天父只願幻夢終結，就讓真理前來修正一切

執迷於競爭的人學不會感恩

這幾天持續回覆 Kind Words 平台上的信件時，
發現有不少人都苦惱執迷於完美主義、比較心態怎麼辦。
雖然知道比較會造成無止盡的痛苦，卻停不下來。

為「我不夠好」而痛苦的人，不是真的「不夠好」，
而是習慣透過濾鏡來檢視自己，
彷彿一切正面部分的都不存在。
若要重新平衡報導，慢慢移除濾鏡，
就必須練習轉換眼光。
每天試著找到幾個自己值得肯定之處，再小都好。
閘門一開，「好」的證據自會如泉水般不斷湧出。

雖然我自認不是完美主義者，
但也承認自己從小就著迷於競爭心態。
想要比他人優秀，於是不禁看輕他人或生起嫉妒。

競爭的心態會忽略自己「好」的部分，
而著眼於「還不夠好」這一點。
得到了 99 分不用欣喜，缺少的那 1 分就需要檢討。

好比在許多電玩遊戲中，我們做對了許多動作、破了關，
卻將累積的種種成就一概視為理所當然，
因為焦點都在那些破不了的關卡、得不到的獎勵。
「成就」本身已經不是重點了，
「由輸轉贏」那一刻的快感才是關鍵。
於是我們以為自己是對「想贏」的慾望上癮，
殊不知讓我們上癮的，其實是「我不夠好」的念頭。

因此，一個執迷於競爭的人很難真正感恩。
感恩的人眼中看到的是滿滿的恩典，
競爭的人卻只在意自己沒得到的。

小我告訴我們：「如果不想贏，你就不會進步」
「被別人超越就等著被淘汰吧」
真的是這樣嗎？
現在的我，其實有點想知道。

為了真正學會感恩，
我決定將那些殘暴不仁的念頭一個個交出去。
某部份的自己好像死去了，
但我的心卻多了一點平靜。

順心如意不等於平安快樂

這幾天即使吃得再少，都依然有脹氣的不適感。

但我發現脹氣，似乎就表示需要靜下心來聆聽累積已久的訊息。

(今天這一課剛好是：我願靜下心來聆聽真理)

近期離職後，終於重獲充分的時間與自由。

過了幾週順心如意的生活，想做什麼就做什麼，

卻發覺心靈並不寧靜。

潛在的內疚有時化作金錢的焦慮，有時轉為未來的擔憂，

依然暗潮洶湧。

我一直以為只要能順心如意，就會平安快樂，

事實顯然不是如此。

我一直以為自己的不平安是因為這具身體的種種問題，

但心靈的平安與身體的狀態無關，

而與我們的信念有關。

當喧囂都沈寂下來，核心信念便會浮出檯面。

才發現我對自己的觀感之謬誤，簡直坑坑疤疤。

(陸續打了幾個嗝，脹氣果然消了)

只要與祂信念一致，心靈就平安。

因此若是真心想要平安，就只有一件事能做了。

小確幸是祂的恩賜嗎？

生活中發生的小確幸，第一時間往往會覺得是聖靈恩賜。

但當事情發生變化，卻又讓我錯愕。

例如提離職後出現看似適合的交接人選，但不久就離開；

例如好似撿到便宜機票，不久就取消且必須重買好幾倍高的一張。

這不禁讓我重新檢視自己的信念。

若聖靈確實無時無刻關注著我，那麼祂關注的是這個「我」嗎？

所謂的「上主之子」是那抉擇的心靈，

而不是這夢中的角色，我所誤認的自己。

聖靈心心念念的，是上主之子的幸福與平安。
心靈痛苦的原因是因為它遺忘了真相，誤認自己只是具身體，

而祂所做的就是引導它重新憶起。

因此，祂豈會在意心靈所投射出的種種成敗得失？

我又何須在意？

唯一要做的，就只是學習祂的眼光而已。

Think not that you can change Their dwelling place

切勿以為能改變祂們的居所，因為你的真實「身份」就在祂們內

God speaks to us

God speaks to us. Shall we not speak to Him?
He is not distant. He makes no attempt to hide from us
We try to hide from Him, and suffer from deception

And when his mind awakes, He loves him with a never-changing Love.

上主正向我們發言，我們豈能不回應？
祂就近在咫尺，且始終無意迴避
是我們故意躲著祂，並為此自欺而受苦
祂一直留在你身邊，愛著自己的聖子
這份愛恆久不渝，僅僅這一點就足夠了
祂永遠愛著自己的聖子

心靈甦醒之際，祂的聖愛始終如一

If you but knew the meaning of His Love

聖靈的小妙方

1. 「嗎」：

當我們把頭腦裡的所有念頭當真，每個念頭都肯定無比。

但事實是許多念頭的真實性根本經不起考驗，

而我們卻毫不遲疑地全盤接受！

覺察飄過的念頭，在句尾加上「嗎？」或「這是真的嗎？」，

不用急著否定或肯定，只要帶著疑問、渴望真實答案，

就已騰出空間給祂，讓祂給予指引和靈感。

2. 「供桌大拜拜」：

中元普渡時，大家喜歡買各種自己鍾愛的各種零食點心，

放在神桌上一字排開當成供品。

歡迎祭拜聖靈，祂不需要你的鮮花素果，更不用沐浴更衣，

只希望你與祂共享自己珍藏的秘密，並懷著和祂相同的心願。

在心裡想像一個供桌，把每一個讓你困擾的事件放在桌上吧！

真心誠意的分享，祂會為你一筆勾銷所有負擔，

徹底「清零」是祂最擅長的了。

3. 「I deserve...」：

想想你最想要的品質是什麼，

放鬆？快樂？豐盛？平安？

在「我值得...」後面加上這個品質，

觀察自己是否開始抗拒或不認同，這是覺察內疚的好方法。

是誰在看衰或詛咒自己？

若有相關念頭開始浮出，用第一個「嗎」方法來檢驗。

觀舞

面對塵封已久的那些怨懟，如泡泡般浮上
不再強壓或抨擊
說「來吧孩子」

說「我是它們的創造主，而它們是我的延伸」
那一個個念頭與境遇都是如實的反映
流轉的情緒是它們的舞

你豈能不感謝而歡迎？
它們全都為你而來

與我共坐
溫柔而寧靜地觀看那些舞蹈，聆聽那些話語
那就是最好的祝福：
是我對你、你對它們，以及你對自己

電玩與洗衣機

玩過電玩的人都知道，進入遊戲那一刻，
就會收到提示，或者自然瞭解目標是什麼：
越過重重障礙、斬妖除魔、獲取金幣、累積經驗值，
然後打倒敵人、拯救人質，解鎖成就。

我們在「人生」這場遊戲也玩得不亦樂乎，
跟著其中的劇情高潮迭起、投入無比。
窮極一生，忙著達成各項目標：
「好學生」、「好伴侶」、「好小孩」、
「好工作」、「好父母」、「好信徒」、
「好公民」、「好身體」、「好人」...
一次次達標的快感刺激我們不斷獲取更多，
一次次失敗的痛苦則鞭策我們要更努力往前，
深怕被死亡追上，結束這場遊戲什麼都沒有。

但，這些目標是遊戲為玩家所設定的。
它真正的目的，是為了盡可能讓玩家投注更多時間在其中，
唯有透過這些注意力 (廣告費/課金)，它才得以存續。

而我... 不是玩家的我，目標又是什麼呢？

我們對精彩遊戲如此上癮的原因，
當然是因為沒有了這些轉移注意的娛樂，
